M D Bryant Building Services was founded over 35 years ago and since its inception, we've completed numerous commercial and residential renovations including extensions, landscaping and groundwork's as well as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
Project managing each build from start to finish, our team of professionals ensure any onsite disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, maintaining a safe and secure site at all times. We pride ourselves on providing the best level of service to each and every customer, turning a clients dreams into reality, on time and on budget.

About Mark Bryant
I started my career in the building trade aged 14 as a labourer on site. As a young builder I gained a City and Guilds in brick work and over the last 30 years I have worked for several large building companies including Mc Alpines and Portar Homes.
In 2007 I studied in Australia with the Federation of Master Builders, Brisbane and gained my “low rise builders license” giving me further knowledge and experience to bring back to the UK. Since then I have renovated numerous properties for myself as well as for private clients. Work has included building residential extensions, new builds and commercial improvements. We have been proud to complete renovation work on the Lime House Bar and restaurant, Clevedon. It was a joy to renovate into a new stylish cocktail bar and restaurant for the local community.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and sea fishing.
